Small vs Regular

This year, I’m offering two share sizes: small and regular. The small share will feed 1-2 people who don’t cook every night or will supplement a large family garden and include 5-6 items per week. The Regular share will meet the vegetable needs of a family of 2-4 and include 7-9 items per week.

All the vegetables you love

The summer CSA is a full choice share: you choose your weekly vegetables or select the farmers’ share if you’d prefer to make fewer decisions. In late-April, the first seeds are sown in the field. The high tunnels are flipped in mid-May from spring greens to heat-loving crops like cucumbers, tomatoes, and peppers. Seeding, transplanting, and harvest continues on through October. CSA members receive priority in availability over farmers’ market customers.

What food to expect?

Plenty of salad greens, tender roots like radishes and salad turnips, storage crops like carrots, squash, and potatoes…

…beautiful peppers and tomatoes, sweet cucumbers, green beans, peas, celery…

…and more and more!
