Arugula

Arugula is a peppery leafy green in the brassica family. In Great Britain, it’s called Rocket. 

Will it last?

Arugula will last in the fridge for 1-2 weeks. Keep it in the plastic zip-top bag.

No time to cook. How do I use this?

1. Angus likes arugula salad. Just arugula with salad dressing. That's a little too much for me. Maybe just put a handful in with other salad greens like lettuce, kale, or spinach.

2. Put some arugula on a sandwich. 

3. Make a pizza. Bake the pizza. Put arugula on top of the pizza immediately after you take it out of the oven. 

​4. Scrambled eggs with arugula.
