Bok Choy

Crisp, mild, and juicy vegetable often used in stir fry or soup.
Bok Choy is in the brassica family.

Will it last?

Bok Choy will last for about a week if kept in a plastic bag in the fridge.

No time to cook. How do I use this?

1. Slice off the bottom so that the cluster of leaves falls apart. Stir fry in a pan with oil, salt, and pepper until just wilted. Eat as a side or with bowl of food. 

2. Chop up raw and add to salad.
