Garlic

Garlic is in the same family as onions. It’s used as a seasoning worldwide. I sell both the bulbs and the scapes.

Will it last?

Garlic bulbs will last for a very long time left out on your kitchen counter. Garlic scapes will last for at least a week in the fridge.

No time to cook. How do I use this?

1. Grill garlic scapes.

​2. Chop finely and add to an oil and lemon salad dressing.

3. Chop finely and scramble in an egg.
