Napa Cabbage

So crispy and so juicy. I like it best raw, but it's also great cooked fast in a stir fry. I grow purple and green varieties.
Napa Cabbage is in the brassica family.

Will it last?

Napa will last for a couple of weeks in a plastic bag in your fridge.

No time to cook. How do I use this?

1. Chop. Put in bowl. Mix with olive oil, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste.

2. Eat raw on a burger. 

3. Bowl of food. Top anything with crunchy Napa.
