Peas will store well in a plastic bag in the fridge for about a week.
No time to cook. How do I use this?
1. Bowl of food. Chop, cook in a pan with oil and salt and pepper until just barely tender.
2. Just eat them. Whole and raw.
3. Chop finely and add to a salad.
4. Chop finely and scramble in an egg.
